New York State Homeowner Assistance Fund (NYS HAF)

By choosing to use this Site to apply for the New York State Homeowner Assistance Fund (NYS HAF), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not submit an application.

We cannot guarantee that all homeowners that would like to receive assistance via NYS HAF will receive assistance. The program is available only to eligible homeowners in New York State and is limited in the amount of assistance that can be provided. For homeowners whose applications are approved, we cannot guarantee what the amount of the financial assistance will be, and we make no guarantee that it will be the maximum allowable amount of $50,000. Funds may run out before we are able to help all eligible applicants.

Your submission of an application for NYS HAF does not guarantee that you will receive assistance and will not bring into effect any contractual relationship between yourself and SN. No liability whatsoever will attach to SN as a result of your application. Financial assistance from NYS HAF may only be obtained when SN reviews your application, determines that you are eligible for HAF assistance, and you sign any required NYS HAF program documents.

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how the personal information you provide in your request for assistance from NYS HAF may be used. While SN has taken precautions to safeguard the information you transmit in your application to NYS HAF SN does not warrant or guarantee that any information will not be intercepted, reviewed, retransmitted, disseminated or used by an unauthorized third party through the internet or otherwise.
